With nearly 20 years of experience in both the Design & Build and Architecture industries across New York and London, Matt brings a well-rounded understanding - balancing conceptual and brand-driven vision with commercial practicality.
Richard has gained a deep understanding technical design knowledge over the past 20 yesars working between Brazil and London. Similar to Matt, he has worked in both architecture and design & build, therefore has a strong balance between level of detail, commercial awareness and timescales.
